How the planning service works
FusionAIx provides end-to-end services spanning 4 phases - Discovery, Implementation, Warranty and support. Outcome of discovery is architecture design alignment, backlog ready for the first 2 Sprints and infra setup. Implementation phase involves delivery of backlog items in an iterative milestone-based mode in 2/3 week Sprints. The outcome of Implementation phase is an agreed scope of work. Warranty will be provided for 4 weeks and Support will be provided based on an agreed support agreement.
