We have always sought to minimise our carbon footprint. We do not operate from fixed premises; our team works from home whenever possible.

With consultants located around the UK, we can deploy individuals who are close to clients. We deploy small teams of specialists working alongside local client teams, reducing the need for large numbers of junior consultants to travel.

We have always been a digital-only organisation. We do not physically print delivery documents and timesheet, invoicing and payroll systems are operated digitally.

Tackling economic inequality

Our model uses employees based around the UK, who either work from home or on local client sites. As a result of this, we can create opportunities for those who would usually face barriers to employment or who are located in deprived areas.

We also benefit communities through creating opportunities for SMEs and other partner organisations.
