- Post training, we also provide a period of complimentary access to the InterWorks Assist service. This allows any attendee to speak to a member of our support team. In this way, when attendees start to apply what they have learned in training to their real world use case we can ensure that they have ongoing support in turning those theoretical concepts in to productive reality.

This is an on-site service. Training is offered between the hours of Mon - Fri 9 - 5 UK time.
The follow on Assist service is designed primarily to provide a rapid response and solution to specific questions. It is not designed as a remote consulting service. If the nature of the request is clearly more consulting than support then the team members will agree that with the training attendee and offer another option.

Support is provided free of charge for anything to do with ensuring that the software is working as it should. Training attendees are offered an hour's free access to this service to answer any follow on questions from training.
