The service enables cloud programme teams and their stakeholders to understand, during planning, the nature and time / financial costs that will be incurred on testing before the system will be ready to go-live. It also supports the planning process with working out how to discharge these needs in the most effective way. This avoids surprises emerging during the execution of the programme. Having to retrospectively add major test activities into a tightly scheduled programme of work incurs direct costs, causes delays and incurs significant indirect costs as a result of delays and disruption. This service greatly reduces the risk of such issues.
