Service scope

Service constraints
This service delivers a configurable accelerator rather than a fully bespoke platform. Delivery is primarily remote; on-site workshops may be included where agreed. The service does not include ongoing operational monitoring or support beyond a defined hypercare period. Successful delivery depends on timely access to stakeholders, third-party systems, and agreed booking and membership rules. Data migration quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of legacy data provided. External supplier dependencies may affect delivery timelines. Ongoing live service support is provided under a separate G-Cloud support service.

Support levels
We provide post-delivery support options for the Booking & Membership Accelerator via a separate G-Cloud support service, allowing buyers to select the level of operational support appropriate to their live service.

Standard support typically includes in-hours incident management, configuration support, defect resolution, and routine maintenance. This level is suitable for stable production services with predictable usage.

Enhanced support is available for higher-volume or business-critical services and may include higher ticket caps, extended hours cover, and increased engineering capacity.

24/7 support for priority incidents can be provided where required for public-facing or mission-critical services.

Support costs vary based on the selected service level, coverage hours, and agreed monthly ticket caps and are detailed in the associated Pricing Document.

Each support engagement includes a named Delivery Manager responsible for service governance, reporting, and escalation. Incident response and resolution are delivered by Microsoft-certified backend and frontend engineers who provide third-line application support. We do not provide first-line call-centre support.

Support levels and costs are agreed during onboarding and reviewed regularly to ensure continued value.
