DataMC provides tiered, project-based support aligned to each client’s engagement.
Standard support is included within every project and covers full working-day coverage (09:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri) via email, Teams, or our ticketing portal (Zoho Desk). Response times are defined in the project plan.
Enhanced or extended-hours support (including evenings, weekends, or hypercare after go-live) can be provided by agreement and is charged at standard consultancy day-rates or a pre-agreed retainer.
Each engagement includes a named Project Manager as the client’s primary point of contact.
Support levels are tailored to project scope and can be adjusted as the migration progresses.
