How the planning service works
Having a robust strategy in place is key. Working towards delivering that strategy in a controlled and measurable way is business critical. The Crown Consulting Group have designed our services to complement the digital journey. Our Cloud Design service has been specifically designed to help our clients convert their strategies into manageable deliverables.

We always start by addressing the strategy itself and looking at what the client wants to achieve. We then start to look at when and how these aspirations need to be realised. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify this information then start to form a high-level plan. We believe that every business is different and understanding that individuality is critical in delivering a plan that will suit the business.

We then start to work on a detailed delivery plan which highlights key milestones, interdependencies and factors in circumstantial elements. Having this detailed allows us to generate comprehensive plans around methodologies and approaches.

Having completed this we work with our clients to start looking at possible solutions that would address the business need. Having identified these, we can then start to look at early supplier/ partner engagement activities to initiate procurement and ultimately the strategy.

We do not offer any formal level of support relating to our Cloud Design service. However, we want our clients to be happy, knowledgeable and confident when using our services. As such, we like to agree on a level of aftercare service before we first engage. This gives our clients the peace of mind that should they have a query or want to clarify anything we are available to answer and help. Our working hours are 09:00-18:00 Monday - Friday and our support offerings tend to mirror this.
