Planning
- Planning service
- Yes
- How the planning service works
- Before we kick off any delivery phases of an engagement, we establish key success measures. Once these are defined, we establish key success factors including how the proposed architecture will support functional and nonfunctional requirements, skills required across the team, discovery goals, key dependencies on external teams and functions, ways of working and governance structures. From these key goals and outcomes, a backlog of features with a prioritised roadmap for delivery based on all the information from activities such as workshops prior to mobilisation of the engagement. Where there are dependencies set out for the start of the engagement these are captured and fed into readiness checks prior to forming the team. Where there are external dependencies, we inform relevant stakeholders and identify lead times on dependency delivery to ensure programme increments align. Where lead times are uncertain, we capture these as key risks and manage them regularly through governance forums. Work is formatted to contain programme increments where these initial criteria can be revisited and adjusted. This planning process ensures that our work maintains a focus on suitable success factors for delivery, value, the path to production and adoption of new capabilities.

Training
- Training service provided
- Yes
- How the training service works
- We provide a dedicated engagement team for our engagements who are able to build and deliver suitable training and enablement approaches. We work to anticipate these training and enablement needs when creating a delivery and handover approach. Training can be designed and provided covering both the skills required to own and maintain our solutions long term, as well as for users of these new capabilities. Training can be both structured with formal workshops and unstructured with pairing and enablement of technical team members. This includes a range of levels, from senior leadership to operational teams.

Setup and migration
- Setup or migration service available
- Yes
- How the setup or migration service works
- We mobilise engagements prior to fully onboarding our teams to ensure all key success factors have been established and readiness checks are completed. This ensures that fully formed teams can maximise productivity from day 1. Our work encompasses several forms of migration - Migration of data from source systems, migration of data from legacy analytical systems, migration of systems and infrastructure and migration of end users from legacy tools and ways of working to new capabilities. During set up we ratify and agree acceptance criteria and considerations for each. Once we have ratified the programme’s readiness for migration, we kick off the programme with key team members and stakeholders to ensure terms of reference are clear, responsibilities and specialisms are understood and the delivery roadmap and milestones are clearly defined and articulated. For each programme increment, we have clear goals and objectives that the team work to with referencing the acceptance criteria established. Each programme increments goals and objectives are aligned and sequenced to the overall targets and success criteria set for each migration programme. Each programme increment is assessed at the conclusion to review progress and feed into the next increment.

Quality assurance and performance testing
- Quality assurance and performance testing service
- Yes
- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Our engagements create a clear Quality assurance and performance testing strategy, including unit, integration, and system tests, ensuring software quality. We employ tools for real-time monitoring and logging to track application performance and efficiently troubleshoot issues. Teams utilise automated testing tools and frameworks and a code review process to streamline this process. We conduct data validation tests such as data profiling, schema validation, and outlier detection to identify anomalies or inconsistencies in datasets with data quality monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address any issues as they occur. AI/ML work adopts standards to understand and control input, output, explainability, transparency, model performance, model drift and performance degradation with regular monitoring to ensure continued compliance and performance. We adhere to the best practices set out in ISO 42001 (AI Management Systems) for the entire model lifecycle.

- We provide account management and access to a dedicated engagement team for support during the duration of the programme/project, this can also include an extended scaled down team for any medium term support needs as we work to hand over capabilities. This includes activities focused on the core service we are delivering in addition to extended support with any communications, hiring and capability development needs. For engagements that require ongoing support, we are also able to provide scaled down teams able to continue support as we work to enable hand over capabilities. Fighting climate change
Employee Awareness and Engagement: We foster a culture of environmental
responsibility and sustainability among our employees. We will provide training and
education on environmental best practices, including energy conservation, waste
reduction, and responsible data management. We encourage employees to
contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our environmental performance and
involve them in sustainability initiatives.
Carbon Footprint Reduction: We will look to measure and monitor our carbon
footprint and set targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with our
operations. Our office is British Land’s first Net Zero Carbon Development. We
encourage our consultants to travel via public transport and will review our supply
chain activities. We will explore carbon offset initiatives and support renewable
energy projects to further mitigate our impact on climate change.
Green Procurement: We prioritise suppliers and vendors who demonstrate a
commitment to environmental sustainability. When procuring hardware, software, and
other technological solutions, we consider their environmental impact throughout
their life cycle. This includes evaluating energy efficiency ratings, recyclability, and
the use of environmentally friendly materials. We actively seek sustainable
alternatives and collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices within the
industry.
Compliance with Environmental Regulations: We comply with all applicable
local, national, and international environmental laws, regulations, and standards. We
will monitor and review these requirements regularly to ensure ongoing compliance
and strive to exceed them whenever possible.
Energy Efficiency and Resource Conservation: We will strive to minimise our
energy consumption and actively pursue energy-efficient practices in our office
spaces. This includes optimising software configurations, implementing power-saving
measures, and utilising virtualisation technologies to maximise energy efficiency. We
will also promote resource conservation by minimising paper usage, recycling
electronic waste, and adopting digital processes where feasible.
