How the planning service works
Logicalis has global experience in helping public sector organisations with cloud transformations. These engagements range from cloud migrations and hybrid cloud deployments to application and digital service transformation.

Our engagements follow on from our packaged assessment services and start with application discovery and analysis workshops to understand the detail of each current application and its target state.

Our planning and design services then document the ‘what’ and ‘how’ stages for cloud migrations, public and private cloud architectures and application transformations.

Our build services leverage infrastructure-as-code automation, including delivery of our Microsoft Azure Landing Zone - Production Ready Cloud Platform package. This enables speed of delivery, eliminates human error and self-documents the cloud environment.

Once complete, these services can be augmented with Logicalis' managed Azure services to fill any operational skills gaps.

Logicalis helps organisations plan and move data and applications from private clouds to other private clouds and Microsoft Azure regions. Logicalis is a Global Microsoft Azure Expert MSP and follows the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework aligning Microsoft best practices to our services across the globe. Our cloud migration planning, design and execution services leverage tools and services that we have pre-packaged for both consistency and to accelerate outcomes.

Once migrated to Microsoft Azure, our managed Azure services can be leveraged to augment any gap in skills for operational management of those migrated services. Once the migration is complete, we can then help repeat the process to transform the first wave of migrated applications, as appropriate.
