Planning
- Planning service
- Yes
- How the planning service works
- Our planning services include user research, business analysis, prototyping, solution design and implementation that are focused on meeting user and business need, combining this with an approach that ensures the complexity of the services and local demographics are always fully considered and understood. We work with internal teams to review the current operating model and to develop a detailed digital transformation programme. We assess the current digital performance, whether existing technologies are sufficient and where key opportunities exist. We then identify and outline where innovative digital and cloud technologies can be applied to improve process, increase efficiency and reduce cost, as well as detailing what the options are in terms of solutions. Once we have assessed the existing service delivery model and the current use of technology we outline the options for increased use of digital. We prioritise these options in terms of return on investment (ROI) and ease of implementation. We produce a detailed business case and then a roadmap/plan for implementing these digital and cloud-based solutions. We can then support design and development or procurement and implementation to ensure that the benefits are fully realised.

- Yes
- How the training service works
- In relation to our Digital Ecosystem offering, we can provide training to employees for new digital and cloud solutions that are implemented to promote user adoption and optimise usage of the new technologies. We work with your organisation to provide training, mentoring and coaching which we can deliver both formally, and informally on the job, through embedding ourselves in client teams. We have a variety of training solutions at our disposal that can be specifically tailored to the programme requirements. We have a proven, tried and tested methodology for training which is replicable across different systems/solutions. We utilise a mixture of tools and methods and combine this with our expertise to ensure any new or revised processes are adopted and embedded. Example training approaches in relation to our Digital Ecosystem offering have included: • Large-scale workshops outlining available functionality and the best way to utilise the new solution • Online training solutions delivered through video conferencing for remote or distributed teams. • Tailored one-to-one training sessions bespoke to user need and development need • We have always created user guides as a leave behind or a tool for new starters, which have been received very well by our clients.

Setup and migration
- Setup or migration service available
- Yes
- How the setup or migration service works
- Following the design of the digital ecosystem, Peopletoo produce a detailed roadmap to support implementation of solutions, including a migration plan to move services to or between cloud platforms. We provide advice, strategy and planning services to support implementation of the solutions and cloud migration and to ensure benefit are realised. Included in this plan will be timescales, the size, scale and complexity of the change, the risks and activities required to support the change initiative along with key milestones, quick wins and longer-term recommendations. We will design a migration approach which is bespoke to our client. Our programmes are delivered with regular stakeholder engagement, communications, and feedback sessions to ensure that the project is meeting service needs and aligns to objectives and priorities. This also supports knowledge transfer to internal teams and promotes co-ownership of the project. We then support internal teams with delivery of this migration plan. Our support various from 'light touch' critical friend approach to responsibility for full implementation of migration of the solutions, During the migration we ensure testing is taking prior and post migration to measure benefits. Our support will ensure the achievement of the required business outcomes and benefits of the transformation.

Quality assurance and performance testing
- Quality assurance and performance testing service
- Yes
- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Prior to identifying the key digital and cloud solutions that can support service delivery and release efficiencies, we perform quality assurance and performance testing on the current systems. This allows us to establish the key opportunities to better utilise technology. We ensure all business, technical and performance requirements are clearly understood and compare this to current system usage, outlining further opportunities for improved use of digital and cloud technology. Our standard approach to QA and performance testing focuses on four core areas: Speed - Determines whether the system can respond quickly enough to meet the need of the service Scalability - Determines maximum user load the system can handle and whether this is suitable Suitability - Determines whether the system used has all necessary functionality and truly meets the needs of the service Stability - Determines if the application is stable under varying loads. As above, this allows us then to identify where digital, cloud-based solutions should be implemented to better support the service and deliver ROI. We work with internal teams to implement these solutions and to realise the associated benefits such as streamlined processes, enhanced service delivery and increased efficiency, delivering substantial cashable savings.
