Service scope

Service constraints
Remote‑first delivery by default: On‑site presence available for key events. On‑site work outside major hubs may require extended notice; reasonable travel time and costs are pre‑agreed.

Dependencies on client inputs: Timely access to stakeholders, decisions, environments and third‑party suppliers is required; delays can impact timelines.

Minimum engagement size and notice: Minimum call‑off duration or team size may apply; short‑notice requests depend on availability of appropriately skilled and cleared staff.

Some activities such as penetration testing or digital forensics may require scheduled downtime, test permissions or specific environmental access to proceed safely and effectively.

Support levels
We provide three support levels designed to match the needs of digital public‑sector programmes.

Standard Support is included within all engagements at no additional cost. It provides email support during business hours, scheduled progress reviews, and access to subject‑matter experts for clarification of deliverables and findings.

Enhanced Support is available for an agreed uplift, depending on project scope. It includes extended support hours, faster response times, and dedicated workshops to help teams apply recommendations, develop remediation plans, or refine security architecture decisions.

Premium Support provides the highest level of engagement for complex or high‑risk programmes. Pricing is tailored to the specific service package. It includes priority response, on‑call availability within agreed windows, deeper hands‑on advisory sessions, and ongoing assurance throughout delivery phases.

For all support levels, we can provide a dedicated Technical Account Manager or Cloud Security Engineer for the duration of the project. This ensures continuity, direct communication, and efficient issue resolution. The inclusion of a dedicated resource is optional and costed according to the required expertise and level of involvement.

These support models give buyers flexibility while ensuring predictable, high‑quality engagement across all service areas.
