How the planning service works
ICit follows Workday’s proven implementation methodology and by leveraging our 25+ years of experience in implementing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions.

Workday’s methodology was developed to recognise the unique aspects of CPM Projects. The methodology combines both traditional project management and agile project management tools and techniques (Scrum and sprints).

Project Management
Each client is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating resources to ensure a mutually successful project implementation.

Project Team
ICit professional services team work hand in hand with the client to deliver the project. Knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency are key to the success of the overall project.

Key Stages in the project are:

Initiate: Overall project requirements are confirmed with a goal of obtaining an understanding of the entire application at a high‐level.

Model: Application development activities – sprints defined, solution design and configuration, review iterations

Validate: This confirms that all components work as planned as a whole system.

Deploy: A solution walk through is done with the client. The application in its entirety is reviewed, User Acceptance testing (UAT), finalised and plans are made for deploying the application.
