Workday’s methodology was developed to recognise the unique aspects of CPM Projects. The methodology combines both traditional project management and agile project management tools and techniques (Scrum and sprints).
Project Management
Each client is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating resources to ensure a mutually successful project implementation.

Initiate: Overall project requirements are confirmed with a goal of obtaining an understanding of the entire application at a high‐level.
Model: Application development activities – sprints defined, solution design and configuration, review iterations
Validate: This confirms that all components work as planned as a whole system.
