Support is provided by the lead allocated consultant to the clients project. They support any questions/issues during the project to develop and build the integration as the first point of contact. In their absence, the consultancy manager is provided as point of contact. Further escalation is available through the standard escalation procedure if needed.
Note, projects are expected to take between 1 and 3 months (depending on complexity) this is a development service, not an ongoing delivery service.
