How the planning service works
Programme Readiness put simply is building the conditions for success of your implementation, it covers a variety of tasks to establish programme structures, business analysis, targets & objectives definition, data gathering, early education, strategy development and key early decisions. Our role is to help build and guide your teams through this work, keeping cost low and ensuring you retain the knowledge.

Any point between business case to Partner On-boarding is an opportunity to complete readiness work. Everyday of effort put in ahead of implementation gives you a future benefit. It is not a finite deliverable.

We leverage our readiness checklist which is categorised by priority to assess your organisations current level of readiness. From there we develop and deliver (along with your internal resources) a plan to fill the gaps based on priority and your overall delivery requirements.

Through this we can then also independently review, verify or replan your overall timelines based on your state of readiness to ensure you have a realistic, achievable delivery.

Finally we ensure all this work is handed over to your partner and internal team to set you up for implementation success.
