How the planning service works
As part of Azure Foundation we work with our customers to help build the core of their cloud presence, which will initially revolve around: landing zones, security, governance and cost management.

Over recent years we have encountered organisations of all sizes who have not invested the time and effort to adequately address how security, governance and cost management should be positioned. As a result of only minimal consideration to each of these three pillars we see organisations who's cloud presence is both inappropriately secured and with little or no governance in place either. Given this approach it more often than not then results in cloud spending being our of control too. With Azure Foundation we can address all of these challenges for every organisation no matter the size.

We use the Microsoft Teams platform for web chat testing which offers an array of features and options for users who require assistive technology.
Support levels
Servent provides support remotely normally, but for certain support requirements onsite assistance can be provided. Onsite support resource provided will meet requirements to resolve the support issue. Support costs are established by the amount of support time required and based upon our standard day rates. If out of hours support, 24x7 are required then this can be arranged at additional cost based on customer requirements. Additional Azure support is available via Microsoft.

Fighting climate change

Microsoft Azure is committed to fighting climate change through various initiatives. One of the ways Azure fights climate change is by using renewable energy sources to power its data centers. Azure has set a goal to be powered by 100% renewable energy by 2025. Additionally, Azure is working to improve energy efficiency in its data centers, reducing the overall carbon footprint. Azure also offers its customers tools and resources to help them reduce their own carbon footprint, such as the Microsoft Sustainability Calculator, which helps customers understand and reduce their carbon emissions associated with their cloud workloads.
