- Customers must use supported LAN or Wi-Fi products from approved vendors, including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Extreme Networks, or Fortinet. Where Convergence Group has not delivered the original implementation, an initial network assessment is required to confirm service compatibility. Convergence Group retains sole administrative access to all managed network assets to ensure standardised configuration, accurate inventory, automation, and customer portal workflows. Vendor-stable updates, including firmware, are applied inside or outside business hours with prior notice; emergency patches and security updates are also completed inside or outside business hours where feasible. This service excludes support for data cabling infrastructure.
