- Using our experience we are able to analyse the environment and recommend / plan and migrate or implement fit for purpose, best practice Automation solutions which avoid some of the pitfalls that can happen without prior experience. We use proven planning techniques which involve detailed reviews to ensure that the correct focus has been applied, based on the individual clients target outcome, selecting the most effective approach. We can take full ownership of the plan and implementation phase of an Automation project, on behalf of the client, working with any other third party providers, and report back through our robust tracking and reporting process; or act in a consultative manner to assure or improve plans which already exist, depending upon where in the process we are engaged. Our end aim is to always manage to a plan that all involved parties are bought into, meaning that we work closely with all other suppliers; set clear and realistic expectations; communicate widely and frequently; and ensure we deliver with a policy of 'no surprises', enabling corrective actions to be taken at the earliest possible opportunity in order to address and mitigate risk.

- The 2i Automation test service ensures that when moving to Cloud services or migrating between them, the clients services are not adversely impacted and continuity of quality service is maintained via testing / QA at the right time for optimum effect, and in the most cost effective and efficient manner. 2i will ensure that all elements of change have been identified and robustly tested, with the 2i standard approach being adapted in line with the customers requirements and risk appetite. Where possible, and most efficient to do so, we will automate replicable testing to reduce and/or prioritise manual testing appropriately. We are tool agnostic and have vast experience of working with, and managing, other third party suppliers of tooling.

We will always provide email support during our engagement window for test planning. We will respond within 2 working days maximum, however this will be quicker during planned test windows.

- Telephone/email - dedicated numbers are provided per engagement. Our UK based teams will usually work on client sites and provide on site support as standard. Each client will be allocated a named Service Delivery Manager as their key point of contact. Each client also has direct access to their Account Manager. Basic support is 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support can be provided at the request of the customer, at an additional charge. Escalation during test planning / test window will be via a named escalation matrix, per engagement and will respond within 3 hours. We are very flexible and always willing to discuss enhanced levels of service aligned to the clients requirements.
