Service scope

Service constraints
Support is primarily delivered remotely, with on‑site engagement available by agreement. Service levels depend on the customer providing timely access to required systems, environments, and information. Some legacy or third‑party systems may require additional integration work outside standard scope. Certain activities, such as penetration testing or advanced custom development, may require separate commercial arrangements. Availability of enhanced or 24/7 support depends on the selected support tier. Strategic Advisory Services require stakeholder participation to meet agreed timelines and outcomes.

Support levels
Condatis provides three support levels to meet different organisational needs:

Standard Support (included as default)
Delivered during UK business hours via email and online ticketing. Includes SLA‑based response times (30 minutes for critical, 1 hour for high, 4 hours for standard issues), access to our support portal, and monthly service reporting.

Enhanced Support (additional cost)
Extends cover to include out‑of‑hours and weekend response for high‑priority issues. Provides proactive monitoring, accelerated escalation routes, and access to extended‑hours engineering support. Pricing is based on environment size and required coverage window.

24/7 Critical Support (additional cost)
Provides round‑the‑clock coverage for mission‑critical identity services, including continuous monitoring, immediate escalation, and guaranteed rapid response for high‑severity incidents. Suitable for services underpinning essential operations. Pricing is quoted per customer based on complexity and SLA requirements.

Across all tiers, Condatis provides access to a Cloud Support Engineer as part of service delivery. For Enhanced and 24/7 tiers, customers also receive a named Technical Account Manager (TAM) responsible for service reviews, roadmap planning, and proactive improvement recommendations.

This structured model ensures customers receive the level of support, responsiveness, and continuity appropriate to their operational needs.
