How the planning service works
We offer Contract Management Consultancy as a complementary and additional service to CMaaS. We assess the clients’ requirements for commercial support with complex contract matters such as major contract variations, market testing, expiry termination, handback. Where appropriate we will deploy our CLM technology solution together with our CMaaS methodologies. We can assist our clients to undergo a Contract Management Transformation Programme where JCM provides an intense program of change management, training and technology implementation.

How the training service works
Having assessed the PFI challenges the client wishes to address and the current level of inhouse resource, skill and knowledge, we develop a tailored approach to training which can be delivered both onsite and remotely using web-based video conferencing and screen sharing tools. Training can be aimed as necessary at end users, stakeholders or suppliers depending on where the increased commercial and technological awareness is required.
