- Having assessed the PFI challenges the client wishes to address and the current level of inhouse resource, skill and knowledge, we develop a tailored approach to training which can be delivered both onsite and remotely using web-based video conferencing and screen sharing tools. Training can be aimed as necessary at end users, stakeholders or suppliers depending on where the increased commercial and technological awareness is required.
