Standard Cloud Management
Provides core business hours support (08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday), with 24/7 incident response for Priority 1 issues, accessible through our Service Desk. It includes tenancy management, patching, monitoring, basic cost optimisation reporting, and monthly service performance reviews. This tier is ideal for organisations seeking reliable, foundational cloud management with essential governance and support.

24x7 Cloud Management
Builds on the Standard offering with enhanced capabilities such as proactive security incident response, customised patching cycles, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and detailed monthly performance reviews led by a dedicated service delivery manager. It also includes proactive execution of optimisation and security recommendations, making it suitable for organisations with complex environments or higher compliance and performance demands.

For Professional Services engagements, support is accessed primarily through our named project manager with escalation to our named client director.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
    • Plans to engage the contract workforce in deciding the most important workplace issues to address
    • Activities that support an environment where staff are educated about and feel empowered to report and address bullying and harassment
