Access is password protected and the support users are pre-registered (using unique email addresses and user id’s).
UKCloud’s Customer Portal provides Datatank with account and audit logs which record all support staff activities. Account logs report which outline service consumption, incident management tickets, change management tickets and service requests which are applicable to a customer’s account. - Following best practice from the National Cyber Security Centre, AWS protects both its Assured and Elevated platforms with enhanced protective monitoring services (SIEM), at the hypervisor level and below.
