How to Make Changes
Changes are managed using two primary methods:
PUT: Replaces the entire resource configuration with the new state provided in the request body.
PATCH: Performs an incremental update, modifying only the specific properties sent (e.g., updating tags or changing a VM's size) without affecting other settings.
Limitations
Throttling: To maintain platform stability, Azure enforces rate limits (e.g., 1,200 writes per hour per subscription/region). Exceeding these results in 429 Too Many Requests errors.
Asynchronous Operations: Many setup tasks (like creating a database) are not instantaneous. The API returns a 202 Accepted status, and users must poll a provided "Azure-AsyncOperation" header to track completion.

Azure uses a "multi-tenant" architecture, but ensures isolation through several layers of logical and physical controls:
Customer data is logically segregated within Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Resource Manager. Each customer's data and resources are tagged with a unique Subscription and Tenant ID.
