- Simulations use isolated test endpoints only and never affect production systems or user devices. Test frequency varies based on customer change cycles, environment size and coverage. Remediation can be added as a service but may require approvals, access or maintenance windows. Integrations with ticketing, SIEM or EDR platforms depend on customer permissions. Some high-risk scenarios need prior agreement. Services run during UK business hours unless enhanced support is agreed. Customers must ensure stable network connectivity for scheduling and reporting.

Our Breach Attack Simulation service includes a structured, co‑managed support model designed to maximise value and resilience. All customers receive onboarding support including environment sizing, deployment of test endpoints and baseline exposure assessment. A dedicated ITSUS security engineer acts as your primary contact, overseeing simulation cadence, remediation guidance and service quality.
Monthly service reviews (or weekly for enhanced tiers) assess progress, discuss remediation outcomes, review KPI deltas and adapt test coverage to changes in your environment. Customers receive prioritised remediation recommendations mapped to affected devices, control gaps and business impact. Optional remediation assistance is available to free internal resources.
Support is delivered by UK‑based, MOD‑cleared cyber engineers and includes phone, email and remote assistance during UK business hours. Enhanced support options add extended hours, deeper integration into change windows, ticketing integration, and more frequent simulation suites. All support interactions are tracked and aligned to ITIL practices.
