We believe modern cloud services need a modern, robust and responsive support service that is tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. We advise using Jira and a ticketing system to manage support requests.

Service scope

• Service constraints: Support is usually offered remotely unless specifically contracted with the client organisation to provide on site. Support desk operates in normal office hours from 8am to 6pm although emergency cover can be agreed.
