Support levels
We provide a single, standard support level for all customers, delivered via email. Support requests are triaged and managed by a dedicated account manager, who acts as the primary point of contact and ensures queries are handled appropriately and promptly.

The account manager coordinates responses with relevant delivery and technical specialists, including cloud and testing engineers where required, to ensure issues are resolved to a high standard.

Support is included within the service cost, with no additional charges for standard support. There are no tiered support levels or premium support options. Enhanced support arrangements, including extended hours or on-site support, can be agreed separately where required and may incur additional costs.

This approach provides customers with clear ownership, consistent communication, and efficient issue resolution without the complexity of multiple support tiers.
