KOKU is a digital health platform which delivers structured, progressive strength and balance exercises for older adults aged 65 and older. It is NHS approved and has been shown through clinical trials to improve balance, strength, physical function, confidence and pain after 6 and 12 weeks use.

- The data dashboard service interface is separate to the platform meaning older adults don't log in to the same interface. Providers get access to the reports and analytics about users outcomes and adherence.

Users of the strength and balance program individually download an app onto a device from the cloud, therefore scalability of users is not an issue.
Commissioning users log in to a data dashboard via a weblink and password, which also has no restrictions on number and no issues with scalability.
The KOKU programme is designed to be intuitive to use. KOKU has a team that can complete training easily and efficiently online as use of the platform scales.
