Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
- The system is designed to have a very high availability using load balancers and scalable architecture. The deployment instance can be designed to have user specific SLA for availability depending on criticality of usage. In the rare event if guaranteed levels of availability are not met, a refund policy can be agreed in the SLA.
- Approach to resilience
-
A. At back end, our servers are hosted in a highly secure setup of a VPN within a VPC (Virtual Private Cloud). All application within the cloud provider are also further firewall protected, further also maximising security against SQL injection.
B. A very high level of security has been provided in the application at all levels from the front-end, transport layer to the back-end server/ database.
C. As per the architecture, the system can be worked under a load balancer under a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) for maximum security. We also design it in such a way that the back end system can have disaster recovery. The load can be increased to any n number and no. of server to sustain the traffic & scale under AWS. Database has multiple zone availability within data centre. If one server crashes then another server takes up. (Under load balancing environment). - Outage reporting

Fighting climate change
Fighting climate change is nothing new to construction/capital project contractors dealing with the elements every day. Severe, unpredictable weather can spike construction costs and income. Bad weather affects materials, equipment, workers, and the quality and quantity of work. Delays are especially high when it comes to construction loans, Weather changes will continue to have a strong impact on the construction industry and employment figures. There are four concerns about climate change regarding its greatest impact on the construction industry. • Occupational safety • Delayed weather • Construction and manufacturing of building materials • Insurance fee Teknobuilt helps the world build something more digital, smarter, and sustainable. Using our Plus One Digital HSE platform, we are trying to improve the site and worker safety by bringing real-time visibility and decision-making.Covid-19 recovery
The COVID-19 pandemic has plunged many global contractors into one of the most challenging times in history. As countries across the globe introduced lockdowns and other restrictions, the pace of change for contractors has been extreme, with many changing their ways of working overnight. Contractors have had to try and complete existing projects while at the same time protecting staff on-site, complying with government regulations and travel restrictions, as well as managing supply chain interruptions and project suspensions. Teknobuilt has the potential to stimulate recovery, thanks to the potential for job creation. Teknobuilt's end-to-end Digital platform PACE OS helps geographically spread project teams work collaboratively, get visibility and manage, track and deliver projects efficiently.Tackling economic inequality
Inequality affects everyone in society, regardless of income. Inequality can undermine a person's physical and mental health, self-esteem, happiness, self-confidence, and public participation.
