Our Digital Workplace Assurance service helps buyers to develop a plan for implementing new strategies for end-user device provisioning and management. We help clients to plan a roadmap to implementing new end-user devices which provide seamless access to cloud hosted applications and cloud stored data. As part of this offering, we assess the existing network, identity and security estate and leverage our existing market knowledge to determine a plan for implementation. Depending on the solution and the buyer, this can include sourcing, setup, migration, security or ongoing operational support model. In addition, our offering covers cloud enabled operational mobility applications and ruggedised devices and we help buyers develop plans to design and implement such solutions.

Our Digital Workplace Assurance services provide buyers with support in implementing new end-user device technologies and cloud hosted management platforms. We provide quality-level support of the full project lifecycle from IT implementation and transition through to business change management. Following detailed planning, migration is delivered in waves by bundles of services. Each wave is managed discretely and assures a specific group of interdependent IT Services. It includes assurance around the following activities: Assessment, Design, Implement, Test, Migration and Support.

We orchestrate all dependent parties and workstreams, providing direction and control to ensure risks, issues and dependencies are closely managed thus ensuring migration activities can take place as scheduled and with minimal impact to service. We monitor usage metrics and take appropriate measures to ensure user adoption.
