- Deployed, implemented and managed by Titus Learning, Moodle version upgrades will be discussed with the client in advance so this can be carefully planned in and a maintenance schedule is put in place. We aim to keep the downtime to approximately 1 hour and try to schedule a feasible time for both client and Titus. Any patches that need to be deployed due to vulnerability checks in place will result in zero downtime. Our solution will support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge on desktop, as well as Mobile Safari and Google Chrome on mobile devices.

Response times stand at 10-minutes or less.
Tickets received by Me Learning's Helpdesk follow a categorisation procedure and are provided with either Level 1 support (Helpdesk) and/or Level 2 support (Senior Management) where required.

Moodle Workplace offers an interface that combines both efficiency and intuitive functionality. Onboarding tasks are minimised by the self-service functions such as password resets, and contextual assistance to help topics including FAQs or forums.
We work with your project/training/implementation team to ensure the system is configured to meet the training needs of each user, creating their own training pathway.
We will configure the system for use and train your admin staff on how to manage the system. This is all done remotely and we provide full training guides, user documentation and ongoing support on how to best utilise Moodle Workplace. - Service documentation

- All of Me Learning's services are compatible with mobile, tablet and desktop devices as they are fully scalable to all screen sizes. The Moodle interfaces use HTML5 and are designed and tested to ensure that they are fully responsive and automatically resize/reflow for tablet or mobile devices. For the best mobile user experience we recommend the use of the free Moodle Mobile app which is available for iOS and Android devices via their respective application stores.

- The Moodle platform is a complex system with many parts. Its code is always evolving. Modules can be enabled and disabled. The interface can be heavily customised using themes and thousands of settings. Actual content can be produced by any teacher or any student.
