Asseticom provides levels of service ranging from a software only service to full building condition survey pre-survey set up, client liaison, survey and output life cycle cost model/ reporting post survey.

End-of-contract data extraction
Clients are able to extract their data through a written request to Asseticom. This can be done by email.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, the Client may wish to continue with the service at an additional cost. The user licencing will be able to continue and data will continue to be accessible. Should the client not wish to continue with the service, user access is terminated. The user will have the opportunity to undertake a data download if desired.

Tackling economic inequality

Inkeeping with Theme 2 of the Social Value Model, Asseticom is proud to employ six people. This represents a 200% increase in the past 12-month period. As part of this, our Project Coordinator is currently undertaking her APM certification.

Asseticom is also partnered with academic institutions and is currently actively supporting 2 UCL Masters students with their final semester research thesis.

Wellbeing

Asseticom invests in the wellbeing of all employees. The company has a n organisation-wide license to meditation and wellbeing software. The sessions are undertaken regularly by the team and have proved to be a real success; the licenses have even been used by family members of some team members.
