How the setup or migration service works
Invoka offers services to evaluate, plan and assist in migration from various solutions to Smartsheet. Where organisations already have a Smartsheet presence in the US instance, Invoka can assist in migration to one, or both, of the recently added EU and APAC instances. Should a customer organisation have data residing in any of these instances that requires migration to another instance, Invoka provides services to identify the existing solution design and map this into the required instance(s).

Invoka's Customer Success practice provides: best practices and support to increase user adoption and satisfaction; customer success reviews that confirm satisfaction and ways to increase it; guidance to resolve critical situations.

Customer Success can also help to ensure that you have the most appropriate licensing model for a customer organisation’s needs and procure additional licences or add-ons as required.
