This methodology provides a structured approach to planning and executing a data mining project due to its practicality, flexibility and overall usefulness when analytics is being used to identify business issues or implement analytics-based reporting.

1. "Train the Trainer": This is provided to super users and system administrators. This is comprehensive to ensure users understand and are able to manage the system themselves
2. Knowledge Transfer: This is to transfer all the process, configuration, technical and Infrastructure knowledge, associated documentation to the inhouse IT team
3. "Be-spoke Training": If there is a product skill gap with inhouse team, we can design a tailor made training programme to cover the same
4. We could also work collaboratively with project team during the design and build of the project so that the inhouse capability is built during the lifecycle of the project.

Gauri can work with the client to support their team in the Migration activities or we can own all elements of the process. We will use ELT/ETL methodologies based on the requirement to populate the data warehouse or data lake using APIs to transfer data between systems.
There are various scenarios depending on the current maturity of the Data landscape:
• In Greenfield BIG Data site, we would initially understand the source system data architecture and its data flow. We would then consolidate and extract all its business data to central location depending on the data retention and archival strategy. We would then load this into the cloud.
• Migration between Clouds comes with out of the box Migration functionalities and this will depend on the chosen Target Cloud system.
• If BIG data project already runs on OnPremise Virtual machines, then we need to create similar VM on the target Cloud Service provider, migrate the services and eventually migrate Data to respective cloud enabled service. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services
