Our planning process encompasses every aspect of the project, from software and cloud architecture to project management, UX/UI design, and long-term operation. We leverage our expertise in cloud-native development, serverless architecture, Kubernetes container orchestration, and AWS managed services to design robust and future-proof solutions. Additionally, our partnership with AWS enables us to access exclusive funding opportunities through the AWS Migration Assessment Programme (MAP), expediting the migration process and maximising benefits for our clients.

How the support service works
PRODYNA provides maintenance and support services through the Development & Operations division. Inquiries from the customer will be accepted by PRODYNA via the web (24x7) and telephone at the defined support times (GMT). Requests are accepted in German and English, but PRODYNA documents them in English. Status reports from PRODYNA to the client are written in English. PRODYNA can support any infrastructure, application or requirement proposed.
