Inoapps has set out a number of goals to help us achieve Carbon Footprint Reduction:
- Increase Use of Carbon Neutral Travel for Staff: Inoapps offer staff enhanced employee benefits including the Cycle to Work scheme in an effort to encourage staff to reduce their carbon footprint. 20% of staff are now taking part in the scheme.
- Encourage Car Sharing and Use of Public Transport: Inoapps offer staff financial incentives on car sharing and public transport to reduce emissions. During the height of Covid-19 Inoapps implemented a full travel ban and since then there has been 82 shared car journeys taken.
- Reduce Energy Emissions: Inoapps made significant investment in decommissioning and replacing equipment with more energy efficient models. Over £100k has been invested in new equipment.
- Reduce Parts Sent to Landfill: All Inoapps equipment that reached end of life has been recycled rather than sent to landfill, this includes over 60 recycled laptops.
- Source Sustainable Premises: In 2019, Inoapps made the decision to relocate our London Office to a shared service in order to reduce our energy consumption and the travel required, this has led to considerable energy saved through the use of shared facilities.
- Help Our Customers Meet Their Sustainability Goals: Inoapps has developed solutions and a number of products that have helped our customers comply with legislative matters around sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Utilise Green Cloud Storage: Inoapps use https://www.oracle.com/solutions/green/cloud-operations.html and we will continue to work with Oracle to re-sell sustainable services to our customers. - Covid-19 recovery

Covid-19 recovery
Inoapps have been able to offer a number of opportunities for individuals, organisations and businesses who are recovering from the impacts of COVID-19. Our business operates in a high-growth sector and we are always looking for ways to give back. This has been offered via employment to those whom have been made unemployed, providing pro-bono consulting services for community projects and initiatives, providing the Oracle Health and Safety solutions free of charge for contact tracing. We have also improved our employee care packages to have enhanced services for mental health care and also enforced safe working space use to ensure all workers feel safe and empowered when they choose to return to our offices. - Tackling economic inequality
-
Tackling economic inequality
Inoapps are committed to driving sustainable and fair procurement through transparency and accountability in our practices. We provide community benefits for our customers based on local area requirements that are unique or important. An example of this would be our work with Care Leavers into technology in a borough council. We also have a youth training scheme and retraining scheme that is open to all. We believe in partnerships with our people and suppliers and communicating to ensure that everyone is represented in their needs. This also includes paying above the living wage and offering employment anywhere in the UK.
Inoapps’ supply chain is relatively short, being an Oracle only partner, but we look to use SME and VCSE suppliers wherever possible in our operation. Our core practice is innovation and driving better practice in both our business and our customers businesses using technology. - Equal opportunity
-
Equal opportunity
As an equal opportunities employers, Inoapps’ future success in a highly competitive world depends on our employees and on the development of their skills and abilities. Inoapps does not allow discrimination, either direct or indirect, on the grounds of sex, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, disability, religion or belief, nationality, ethnic or national origin, colour or race, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or age.
As an organisation, we celebrate and encourage diversity in our workforce and understand the benefits it offers to both employee and employer. Inoapps is keen to communicate that diversity is one of our main benefits and we can only offer this by continuing to ensure that inequality is reduced by paying particular attention to offering opportunity, both in work and community benefit deliverables, to those that would otherwise be marginalised or disadvantaged.
Inoapps actively works to encourage diversity in our workforce and has a Diversity and Equality policy in place alongside training that all employees must adhere to as part of the code of conduct. Inoapps has also invested heavily in our HCM back office solution in order to monitor, report and assess issues such as our diversity, the gender pay gap and the living wage.
We monitor the Gender Pay Gap and are committed to ensuring that gender equality is clear and communicated to both prospective employees, current employees, partners and customers. - Wellbeing

We will continue to grow and improve the scheme to ensure that we support and retain our staff.
Community Integration: Inoapps encourages community benefit provision and has a number of activities to ensure integrated communities:
- Supporting the local community: Inoapps have supported a number of food banks across the UK and the US with both donations from staff and the business. We have also provided employees with paid leave to participate in volunteering programmes.
