OCF customers also benefit from the services of a Technical Account Manager who will complement the Account Manager by managing the technical side of the relationship with the customer. Being closely aligned will allow the Technical Account Manager to gain an intimate knowledge of the customer's environment, aspirations and challenges, ensuring continuity through technical interactions between OCF and the customer, attending design and scoping meetings as well as project wrap up sessions.
