End-of-contract data extraction
Buyers will be solely responsible for exporting or transferring the relevant data via the export and reporting functions.

However, additionally priced services to export or transfer the buyers relevant data upon contract end are also available.
End-of-contract process
On termination of the Hosted Service we will after a 30 day period, delete all of your hosted data from the platform. After this period, data cannot be restored, and any further purchase of the Hosted Service after this period will be considered a new installation and charged accordingly.
