Asseticom provides levels of service ranging from a software only service to full building condition survey pre-survey set up, client liaison, survey and output life cycle cost model post survey.

End-of-contract data extraction
Clients are able to extract their data through a written request to Asseticom. This can be done by email.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, the Client may wish to continue with the service at an additional cost. The user licencing will be able to continue and data will continue to be accessible. Should the client not wish to continue with the service, user access is terminated. The user will have the opportunity to undertake a data download if desired.
