Service scope

Service constraints
Daily Consulting is delivered as time-based professional services rather than an outcome-based or support service. Delivery is primarily remote, with any on-site work subject to availability and separate agreement. Services are provided in full-day increments and must be consumed within the agreed delivery window. There are no guaranteed outcomes, response SLAs, or ongoing support included. Delivery depends on timely customer access to systems, environments, and stakeholders, and does not include software licenses or managed services.

Support levels
Daily Consulting does not provide tiered support levels. It is a time-based professional services offering designed to supply expert consultants for agreed activities rather than ongoing support.

There are no different support levels to choose from. The service is priced on a per-day consulting model, with days purchased in advance or scheduled through an agreed delivery arrangement. Engagements may be short or extended depending on customer needs, but pricing is based on consultant time consumed rather than outcomes, subscriptions, or usage.

Daily Consulting does not include a technical account manager, cloud support engineer, or dedicated support resource. Services are delivered by Qlik Professional Services consultants for the duration of the booked days only. Once the allocated consulting days are consumed, no ongoing support, account management, or service continuity is included unless a separate Qlik service is purchased.
