Planning includes a workshop, involving reviewing existing files whether in local file shares or already in SharePoint Online and provide training and guidance on setting up the correct Taxonomy (list of tags) for your SharePoint platform.
The workshop also helps you understand how the product works and what is required.
From the workshop we would plan and implement a pilot analysis of a subset of your documents and analyse the correct taxonomy structure, based on the requirements gathered during the workshop. - Planning service works with specific services

The use of Aquaforest Searchlight Tagger or Searchlight OCR assists with planning what documents to migrate to SharePoint Online and how to enhance the migration with the use of Metadata Taxonomies.
This feature-rich migration approach fundamentally changes how a business interacts with their data and vastly improves the overall user experience compared to a standard SharePoint migration "lift and shift" approach which copies the exact replica of a file share or more traditional SharePoint setup to the modern experience, without utilising a flatter structure or using metadata effectively. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services
