Ascertia’s SigningHub cloud service runs on an Azure instance in Northern Europe and has been running continuously with no unplanned downtime for several years of operation, and by many thousands of users. Similarly, the underlying ADSS Server has a long history of running 24/7 without intervention. High availability services can be ensured by using two production servers running SigningHub with a back-end database cluster offering resilient information services to deliver a service of 99.5% or better.
