Post-Change Verification - Vulnerability management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Vulnerability management approach
-
Our vulnerability management process is risk-based, continuous, and integrated into our operational and change management practices.
Threat Assessment: Potential threats are identified and assessed through a combination of automated and manual activities. Identified vulnerabilities are prioritised using industry-standard scoring (e.g. CVSS) combined with contextual risk factors of our environment.
Patch Deployment: Patches and mitigations are deployed according to defined service-level agreement. Critical vulnerabilities are typically mitigated within 24-72 hours, high-severity issues within short-term windows, and lower-risk items during scheduled releases.
Threat Intelligence: Threat intelligence is sourced from vendor and open-source advisories, CVE databases, security bulletins, and industry threat intelligence feeds. - Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
-
We continuously observe our infrastructure, applications, and network activity to detect potential security compromises. We use centralised logging, anomaly detection, and automated analysis to identify unusual behaviour, unauthorised access attempts, unexpected configuration changes, and policy violations.
When a potential compromise is identified, alerts are promptly triaged and an incident response process is initiated. Actions include containing the threat, isolating affected systems, preserving evidence, investigating root cause, and implementing remediation and preventive measures.
Response times depends on incident severity. High-risk incidents are addressed immediately, typically within minutes. Containment and mitigation actions initiated as soon as the incident is confirmed. - Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Incident management approach
-
We maintain pre-defined incident response procedures and guidance for common events such as service outages, security alerts and data protection incidents. These processes define roles, escalation paths, communication requirements, and recovery actions to ensure predictable and controlled responses.
Users can report incidents through support channels, including a dedicated help-desk and support email. All reported incidents are logged and triaged based on impact and urgency.
Incident reports are provided to key stakeholders via formal communication channels. Reports typically include a summary of the incident, impact, root cause, remediation actions, and preventive measures. - Post-quantum cryptography secure
