Service scope

Service constraints
TestingXperts’ digital engineering services have minimal constraints. Delivery effectiveness depends on timely access to application architectures, development environments, APIs, and business requirements. Constraints may arise from legacy technology stacks, third-party platform dependencies, evolving product roadmaps, or limited environment stability. Security, compliance, and data privacy requirements may also influence implementation approaches. Tx mitigates these constraints through upfront technical assessment, modular delivery, strong governance, and close collaboration with product, engineering, and platform stakeholders.

Web chat accessibility testing
TestingXperts has delivered targeted web chat testing with assistive technology users as part of broader accessibility and digital experience assurance programs. Engagements focused on validating live chat, chatbot, and virtual assistant interfaces for compliance with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA (wherever applicable) and usability for users relying on assistive technologies. Testing was conducted using screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, screen magnifiers, and speech-to-text tools. Tx validated chat initiation, focus management, message announcements, error handling, timeouts, and file or link interactions within chat windows. Real-user scenarios were executed with assistive technology users to assess cognitive load, clarity of prompts, responsiveness, and conversational flow. Defects were logged with accessibility-specific context, including ARIA issues, role/state announcements, tab order failures, and dynamic content refresh problems. Findings were shared collaboratively with design and development teams to drive remediation. This approach ensured inclusive, compliant, and usable web chat experiences across public-facing and regulated digital platforms.

What the ISO/IEC 27001 doesn’t cover
Our ISO/IEC 27001 certification covers the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as defined in the approved scope; however, it does not extend beyond that scope. Specifically, the certification does not cover customer owned systems, applications, or infrastructure unless explicitly included, nor does it certify individual products, tools, or software platforms. Activities performed outside the defined ISMS boundaries, such as client managed environments, third party platforms, or services delivered by external vendors not under Tx operational control, are also excluded. In addition, ISO/IEC 27001 certification does not guarantee the absence of security incidents; rather, it confirms that a structured, risk based information security framework is implemented and continually improved.

TestingXperts’ ISO 9001 certification covers the Quality Management System (QMS) governing its service delivery and internal processes. Items not covered include client-owned systems, applications, tools, and infrastructure that are outside Tx’s direct control. The certification does not extend to third-party vendors, subcontractors, or customer-specific operational processes not managed by Tx. Outcomes dependent on client inputs such as requirements quality, environment readiness, or data availability are also outside the scope of the ISO 9001 certification.

If you use assistive technology (such as a screen reader) and need versions of these documents in a more accessible format, email the supplier at avinash.kilaparti@testingxperts.com. Tell them what format you need. It will help if you say what assistive technology you use.
