Working through those stages and taking action to mitigate risk allows us to support the buyer to plan for safe and effective implementation. Although the implementation template is generic, the reality of each plan is tailored to the unique situation of the buyer, for example considering the realistic availability of skills in both the current and future workforce.

At a strategic level, solutions developed through this service are being used to help decision makers to plan decades into the future and build plans that balance across an organisation’s strategic objectives including reducing climate change impact. Catalyze encourages responsible work arrangements to eliminate unnecessary travel, working remotely where this doesn't adversely affect delivery and provides staff access to electric vehicles under the latest government scheme. We also give time to volunteering activities such as improving the open spaces at a local hospice for young people.Tackling economic inequality
