Standard Support (Included): Included in the project cost for the first 90 days post-deployment. This covers technical bug fixes, SCORM/xAPI playback issues, and minor text corrections. Access is via our email helpdesk (09:00–17:00, Mon–Fri).
Enhanced Content Maintenance (Optional): Available for an annual fee (typically 15-20% of project value). Areas not covered include physical security at client sites or third-party offices, development work outside the certified management system, and SaaS applications we do not manage. - What the ISO 9001 doesn’t cover
- While adaptiVLE utilises ISO 9001 to ensure consistent quality management and customer satisfaction, we recognise its limitations in a cloud procurement context. ISO 9001 does not mandate the specific information security controls required to protect data (which are covered by our ISO 27001 alignment and Cyber Essentials certification). We treat ISO 9001 as our foundational quality layer, supplemented by our security and technical certifications to ensure full framework compliance.
