AccessIN supports assistive technology users who are unable to access websites on an equal basis due to areas of the site being inaccessible. It delivers a mechanism to enable the user to alert site owners that they may have a problem, whilst making sure the assistive technology user gets the help they need to complete their task on the website via the DAC triage support provided by our Staff. for example, if a user can't apply for a position because certain elements of the process are inaccessible, DAC staff will alert the site manager and will make sure the user can apply via another method until such time as the application function is fixed.
