Planning

Planning service
Yes
How the planning service works
At SARD JV, we offer intelligent digital solutions accompanied by robust implementation support to help NHS Trusts effectively embed our products into their processes.

We start with an initial discovery phase, during which we conduct a needs assessment tailored to the specific objectives and requirements of the Trust. This allows us to develop a customised delivery implementation plan that ensures our cloud services and software solutions are seamlessly integrated and operational.

Our approach is collaborative, working closely with each Trust to implement, onboard, and fully embed our suite of cloud services and implementation solutions.

How the training service works
We recognise the critical role that specialised training plays in enhancing workforce planning capabilities within Trusts. Our training services are fundamentally designed to not only impart necessary skills and knowledge but also to ensure that we leave a lasting legacy of understanding within each organisation.

Our offerings are deliberately structured to address the widespread need for foundational knowledge in job and workforce planning. We provide introductory courses such as "What Good Looks Like - Job Planning" and "What Good Looks Like - Workforce Planning" at no cost, ensuring that all levels within an organisation can access essential training.

Further, we offer specialty-specific courses, such as "What Good Looks Like - Specialty-Specific Job Planning" and "What Good Looks Like - Specialty-Specific Workforce Planning," tailored to meet the unique needs of different services within a Trust.

Our training is designed to be flexible, with variable pricing that depends on the delivery method, the number of participants and course duration allowing us to tailor solutions to fit the budgetary and logistic requirements of any Trust.

Setup and migration

Setup or migration service available
Yes
How the setup or migration service works
At SARD JV, our Cloud Support service is designed to be system-agnostic, enabling us to deliver our Workforce Optimisation services across any cloud software platform you may currently use. However, should it become necessary to transition from an existing provider to a SARD service, we are fully equipped to facilitate this migration.

By working closely with your organisation to thoroughly understand your specific needs and the contractual stipulations that may influence the migration process. Our approach includes providing a comprehensive framework to guide the transition, ensuring a seamless and secure transfer of data from the incumbent service to our cloud software.

This migration support not only includes the technical aspects of moving data and services but also focuses on minimising (or eliminating) downtime and disruption to your ongoing operations. Our goal is to ensure that your move to or between cloud services is as smooth and efficient as possible, enabling you to leverage our cloud solutions effectively for optimal workforce management.

Covid-19 recovery

The Covid-19 pandemic affected us all, and as we navigate this new reality, we are dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by COVID-19 in the following ways:

2. Allowing our staff to continue to work from home if they feel they are vulnerable to COVID-19 and/or are still uncomfortable with an in person return.
3. Providing health and wellness resources to support mental and physical well-being during the ongoing recovery period.
4. Offering flexible scheduling and other accommodations to meet the diverse needs of our workforce as they adjust to post-pandemic life

Tackling economic inequality

Economic stability is intertwined with societal well-being. We are determined to:
1. Regular pay-scale assessments and employee feedback.
2. We pay at least the London Living Wage across our sites whether in and out of London.

5. Partnering with community organisations to support local economic development and increase employment opportunities.

Equal opportunity

We staunchly believe in promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunity for all.

2. We regularly review pay scales to ensure equality and fairness regardless of demographic.
3. Implementing inclusive hiring practices to broaden representation within our workforce.
