During all phases of a project we use the Microsoft 365 apps to encourage open lines of communication and collaboration within the project team. We hold regular meetings and investigate feedback from all levels to deliver an adaptable and flexible service throughout.
We add questionnaire links on site pages, requesting site and content feedback and estimated time saved metrics.
We encourage open lines of communication with your IT Service Desk and request call reports that identify common knowledge gaps. These regular reports enable us to focus campaigns and create help materials that could be used to reduce ServiceDesk calls. Call rates on these campaign subjects are tracked to check the success rate.
We request M365 app usage metrics at the start, and throughout the project to show the relationship between learning and your adoption and usage levels.
We encourage Champions, Stakeholders and End Users to share successful adoption stories in the form of internal news articles, VoxPops videos and top tips. This enables us to not only encourage session attendance and “build the buzz” but also to confirm and share our quality service messages.
