Software One provide several levels of support from Alibaba Cloud depending on the SLA that our customers require. There are four levels of support available Selected, Premium, Elite & Flagship. A dedicated TAM is provided a part of the Premium to Flaship support packages. Technical account managers (TAM) can be provided to customers who require them for an additional charge as required for specific project delivery.
Support charges are based upon a percentage of the customer cloud consumption as below. Minimum spend of $2000/Month 10% of monthly Cloud charges for the first $0-$105,000
7% of monthly Cloud charges from $105,000-$410,000
5% of monthly Cloud charges from $410,000 - $800,000
