Service scope
- Service constraints
- This service is delivered remotely and provides advisory guidance rather than design, content creation or development work. To complete the assessment effectively, we may need access to documentation, analytics, workflow information and any materials your team can provide. Findings are based on the information available at the time and the maturity model agreed. Timelines may be influenced by the scale of your digital operations and stakeholder availability for discussions. Any implementation work related to the roadmap sits outside scope but can be supported through our maintenance service. We will highlight any limitations early and agree the best way forward.
