Our training services ensures that client staff are continually trained and upskilled, enabling them to reduce their dependency on external support. We achieve this through a comprehensive Knowledge Transfer Programme that includes: • Training: End-user training (One-to-one or Group classroom-based training) or as a ‘train-the-trainer’ model, in which key users will be responsible for delivering training throughout the organisation. • Mentoring: Ongoing advice and guidance provided by highly experienced Cloud experts. • Guided Experience: The user performs the work whilst being supervised by our experts. • Community of Practice: We establish groups that learn together and share knowledge and information between themselves in regular forum meetings to accelerate learning. • Knowledge Library: We establish a knowledge library including short training videos, project documentation, lessons learned and templates for future use by the clients.
